Download the app on any iOS or Android device and login with your Tay Township Public Library card and your PIN (the last four digits of your library card number minus the floater number at the end). Using a Kobo? Install cloudLibrary on your computer, as well as Adobe Digital Editions. Then you’ll use the cloudLibrary application to borrow and transfer eBooks to your Kobo.
